Elephas Announces Commercial Partnership with Invitrocue to Expand Personalized Oncology in Southeast Asia

Elephas Biosciences Corporation has announced an international partnership with Invitrocue to introduce its elive™ platform in Singapore and Malaysia, strengthening the development of personalized oncology solutions across Southeast Asia.

Madison, Wisconsin — July 21, 2026

Elephas Biosciences Corporation, a private company that has developed an innovative live tissue platform for immunotherapy response prediction, has announced an international partnership with Invitrocue Pte. Ltd.

Under the agreement, Invitrocue, a personalized oncology company specializing in 3D cell-based cancer models, also known as organoids, and comprehensive genomic profiling, will serve as Elephas’ commercial partner for the elive™ platform in Singapore and Malaysia.

Invitrocue’s flagship Singapore laboratory, Angsana Molecular & Diagnostics Laboratory, will provide the foundation for extending access to this technology across Southeast Asia. The agreement establishes a strategic commercial and operational presence in one of the most important growth regions for advanced personalized oncology.

Three complementary approaches to personalized oncology

The partnership combines three complementary technologies and services:

  • Invitrocue’s Onco-PDO® functional drug testing service.
  • Invitrocue’s suite of comprehensive genomic profiling tests.
  • Elephas’ elive™ platform for ex vivo immunotherapy response insights.

Together, these technologies provide researchers and clinicians with a more complete personalized oncology testing pathway by integrating functional drug screening, genomic profiling and immunotherapy response prediction.

“Our partnership with Invitrocue represents an important step in expanding access to the elive platform through a recognized leader in personalized oncology. Through this partnership, we have an opportunity to provide researchers and clinicians with functional insights while broadening personalized cancer care throughout Southeast Asia.”

Maneesh Arora, founder and CEO of Elephas

“This partnership reflects our shared commitment to giving oncologists deeper, functional insights to guide treatment decisions. Adding the functional response data from Elephas’ elive platform to our own testing capabilities deepens the personalized oncology research we can pursue in Singapore and Malaysia, and we look forward to building on that foundation across the region.”

About Elephas Biosciences

Cancer is one of the leading causes of death worldwide, and the number of patients is projected to triple by 2060. Despite the significant increase in the number of available immunotherapies, only one in five patients receiving immunotherapy achieves a response. In addition, many patients who could potentially respond are not eligible for treatment because of the lack of accurate predictive biomarkers.

To address this challenge, Elephas has developed an ex vivo platform designed to assess how live biopsies respond to immunotherapies.

By preserving the native tumor microenvironment from a live core needle biopsy and applying a novel method to address tumor heterogeneity, the elive™ platform enables the real-time characterization of immune response.

About Invitrocue

Invitrocue is a life sciences company specializing in the development of advanced 3D cell-based models, including Patient-Derived Organoids, or PDOs, from solid cancers.

Through its Onco-PDO® test, Invitrocue performs in vitro drug screening on patient-derived organoids to provide oncologists with additional information to support personalized treatment decisions.

The company also offers an integrated range of clinical testing services, including early cancer detection liquid biopsy tests, personalized drug sensitivity and dosing tests, real-time treatment monitoring and post-treatment relapse monitoring.
