This position has the following duties: supporting the development of new cell-based assays under supervision of senior lab members; assist in the execution of routine experiments and projects; ensure the smooth operation of the laboratory.

Key responsibilities:

  • Follow established protocols and perform experiments in an accurate and reproducible manner
  • Data collection, consolidation, analysis, and basic graphic representation of results
  • Conduct literature research in relevant fields, and keep up to date with technical developments, especially those that improve reliability and efficiency

Job requirements:

  • BTA, MTA, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences with > 3 years of lab experience
  • solid molecular biology expertise, e.g. DNA extraction, PCR, sub-cloning, microscopy, etc.
  • experience with primary cell culture is essential; work experience with human tumour organoid models is highly desirable; drug screening experience using high-throughput technologies is preferable
  • experience in translational cancer research and tumor xenograft mouse models is highly desirable
  • excellent planning and organizational skills

We are looking for a Project Manager to handle projects from proposal development to final deliverables. The candidate will be based overseas out of Singapore, managing projects in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, Munich & Belfast, across various phases and functional areas, with limited interaction from supervisor

Key responsibilities:

  • Project Administration: Acts as primary liaison to ensure project / clinical study organization, launch, conduct / implementation, management and closeout.
  • Financial Aspects: Review budgets, expenses and project financial status. Alerts Finance on need for customer invoicing.
  • Project Planning: Develops and maintains project plans in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WI).
  • Project Tracking: Maintains and evaluates project progress by maintaining timelines and other tracking/analysis tools. Produces and distributes status, resourcing, and tracking reports to appropriate team members and senior management. Alerts senior management to potential issues and ensures necessary corrective and preventive actions are taken.
  • Regulatory Affairs: Ensure project documentation are complete and audit ready. Oversee regulatory documents collection and submission process.
  • May represent company at professional meetings or seminars. Performs other work related duties as assigned. Travel will be required (up to 25%).

Requirements:
